Site Validation

Check a location against the criteria that actually govern it.

site-validation

The problem

A proposed or existing site has to satisfy spatial, environmental, infrastructural, regulatory, and operational criteria. Checking that by hand means pulling layers from several sources, reading imagery, and hoping nothing was missed.

How it works

Site Validation assembles the relevant layers and imagery around a location, runs each criterion as an explicit check, and returns a per-criterion verdict with the evidence behind it. Nothing is a black-box score: every pass or fail points at the data that produced it.

Inputs

  • Site geometry — point, parcel, or polygon
  • Satellite and aerial imagery
  • GIS layers: land use, zoning, hazards, utilities, access
  • Your criteria, as rules and thresholds

Outputs

  • Per-criterion pass, fail, or flag with evidence
  • Overall suitability verdict and confidence
  • Annotated map view of the site and its constraints
  • Exportable report and GIS features

Applications

  • Branch, facility, and depot approval
  • Permit and compliance pre-checks
  • Infrastructure siting review
  • Portfolio audits across many existing sites

In your GIS

Validated sites return as features with the full criterion table attached, so the result lives in your map, not in a PDF nobody reopens.
